We got up late today because there were no port stops or anything special to do. The sea was rough last night, and Emily looked like she didn’t feel well at all. Jane didn’t look too well either. I got up 9, took a shower while they slept until 10 or after. We went to get lunch, but nobody felt like eating much. After lunch, Jane went to play casino game,s and I went to find a quiet place to work on this blog. Emily went back to the cabin and stayed there the rest of the day. Jane went back to the cabin a little while later to look in on her mom. She told me that she had made a little money at the slots. I went back to the cabin around 2 and lay around watching TV, trying to nap, and fiddling with my phone.

Jane and I went to dinner around 530 PM while Emily had a peanut butter sandwich via room service. We stopped at Victoria, British Columbia, around 8:00 PM. I watched as a huge ship slowly slid into its berth. Jane went ashore to do a little shopping, and I stayed back. When she came back aboard, we had a bite, planned for tomorrow, and packed. Packing was a huge challenge for Jane. I’m not sure why: did she buy stuff? Did our clothes swell due to sweat? Anyway, we had to leave some clothes behind. I wanted to watch as we left the harbor, but it was past 11 and I intended to get up at 4:00 AM.
